The Bitterroot Inn
by Devney Perry
I loved the relationship Hunter had with Coby. I think I spent almost the entire book trying to figure out Hunter's relationship to Maisy and Coby.
There were some parts of the book that dragged to me. It was only a minor frustration. I also liked Hunter and Maisy's relationship. The frienship, sense of family, and loyalty in this book was also a plus.
As the secrets came to light, the only thing I could think was that Hunter loved and was trying to protect Maisy and Coby. I thought he should have come clean at the beginning, but I understood his hesitation. When he finally did try to come clean, Maisy did everything in her power to stop him.
There were a lot of emotions in this book. Some unexpected twists and turns, but ultimately Hunter, Maisy, and Coby got their HEA.
