Baise-moi - Fick mich: Roman by Virginie Despentes

Did not finish book. Stopped at 43%.

I've read two more recent books by Despentes, which I both liked. I am aware that this is the book that made her famous back in the day and caused a big scandal. I can see why and I appreciate the female main characters, who are doing all the things men do, not only in fiction, but also in real life and and the judgement is not as harsh or there's even none at all.

Unfortunately I'm just not the biggest fan of the writing style and generally not invested enough in the story.
