The Butcher and the Wren by Alaina Urquhart
3.0

It was decent but not the best. I did enjoy the dual point of views. That perspective was well written if shallow. Interesting way to insert historical serial killer information that seemed unnecessary. Some of the procedural information seemed off. The timeline stuff was interesting however it didn't flow well. It just left you confused. The writing wasn't bad and it was a quick 2 hour read for me. I won't be reading the next in the series or really recommend it to anyone unless they want a shorter Bones style novella.
