This book has some harsh reviews, which I don't totally get, but I also won't say the book is perfect. Yeah, the characters could do with some rounding out and layering, and the plot left me wanting, but for a horror, slasher-type book, it's not too bad and kept me tethered. (No vampires, though. Sadly.)
