A History of Burning by Janika Oza
4.0
a really beautiful, yet tragic tale. so many great characters, but slightly difficult to keep track of everybody. some characters were more enjoyable to follow than others, but still a really well done portrait of the eternal search for home and family. each character astounded me with their resilience and i could understand why they each made the choices they made. the ending was a little disappointing as well, but understandable. the author is very talented and i am excited to read from her in the future.
