Stone Blind by Natalie Haynes

3.0

Told in a fairy tale style with a narrator that sympathizes with the "monsters" over the humans. I thought this would be a twisting of the original tale and that Medusa would triumph this time, but alas. The change is that Medusa is not portrayed as though she were evil. I still enjoyed it though as I really enjoyed the acerbic tone of the narrator. I sped through it.
