A fun, entertaining read. I didn't realize the book is as old as it is--it's set entirely in early 2000. It's written entirely as emails; the content would work just as well today, though a good amount of this would be texting. (Which is why I'm looking forward to reading the sequel, set in 2009.)
Loads of characters, probably too many, but largely well-defined. The feel of British offices always seems so different from what I've encountered here--and not just the antics. A fun ride seeing how Beaumont set the story up and pulls it all together. This truly is best read in only a few days--otherwise you'll forget the characters and plot.
