Boring... I think the author is a bit egocentric and not at all realistic! She often reminds the reader she has a law degree, clerked for Justice O'Connor, and is wicked smaht. I'm not crazy about all her charts, blogs, support groups, and oh so many resolutions.
Seems like happiness should just be less complicated!
Ok...so i did finish the book and it does have some good ideas. Most of them have more to do with being a better person. Still, it shouldn't be so complicated that you have to keep track of your happiness on a chart!
