The book was cute there were times that I would giggle to myself over Rowan and I would tell myself to calm down that he isn’t real. His love for Zahra was cute until he became a dick and said horrible things to Zahra while she was in the HOSPITAL and RECOVERING from pneumonia. If that didn’t happen I would’ve given this book a five stars but it’s whatever. And people hate on Zahra but she’s a lot like me personality wise (not the whole positivity thing just the whole “don’t think about his dick” and liking historical romance) but I did find her annoying some times. And the best character of all were Cal and Ani I don’t care what anyone says. As a fellow middle child I love Cal and I can’t wait to read his story. And Ani was just so lovable I just wanted to hug her and when she protected her sister after Rowan broke her heart made me proud of her.

The sex scenes made me blush and crack a smile almost caused me to jump and run around my room when he told Zahra to say that she was his. But this book has A LOT of dick jokes or mentions of dicks.
