If you don't love Tom Bombadil you are either a heartless void with no soul, or you watched the movies before you read the book and thought his chapters were a waste of time. And to that I say get a better taste in literature and learn to appreciate the superiority of what you are reading. Sorry, it's not my place to argue with straight fact.
