Years of mutual pining and yearning + a FMC in disguise when seducing the MMC for one night of pleasure, only her secret identity is not-so-secret? I love that set up. And Stacy Reid can write some serious steam.
The storyline is pretty simple (the MMC is basically trying to convince the FMC that she’s good enough throughout the entire book), so the ~200 page length was perfect. Also perfect was the MMC — possessive but very tender, and pretty unwavering in his feelings.
Really enjoying this series so far.
