I absolutely loved this book! The characters were and the plot had a great suspense angle. Definitely a must read!
Landon McCabe is a US Marshall who is back on a case that he closed six years ago. A crooked judge has escaped, and Landon needs to bring him back in. The only problem is that this means he has to see the judges hot daughter again. He has never forgotten Emma Ruiz, and how difficult she is. Of all the Marshall's they had to send Landon McCabe. Still as good looking as ever, but he is the man that wants to bring her father back to prison. Emma has gotten herself in to a sticky situation by doing some computer hacking to find the truth about the people who framed her father. With no one to trust, she goes it alone. Landon senses that there is something that Emma is hiding. When she is shot at, Landon forces her to tell the truth. In a race against time, these two former enemies need to work together to bring down a man that is truly evil.
