Guillermo del Toro Cabinet of Curiosities: My Notebooks, Collections, and Other Obsessions by Guillermo del Toro, Marc Scott Zicree

Of the two books about del Toro I got for Christmas, this is by far the better of the two. It's basically a long, film-by-film interview with del Toro about his career. The earlier chapters on the earlier films are better, because del Toro has more passion (still) for those projects than his more "accomplished" projects later in his career, but the whole book is worth your time... if you like del Toro's films, that is. Bonus, I added a few titles to my "to read" list that are kinda sorta del Toro recommendations.
