The Rage of Dragons
by Evan Winter
adventurous
dark
tense
Ok VERY sick ending. The last quarter of this book is a whirlwind... I don't think the actual individuals involved in the military were described very well except for why the MMC wants them dead. And in the end the military positions of those characters is really important so I found myself having to flip back and figure out who tf everyone actually was.
Still zero character growth. And I actually think we're about to double down on the revenge plot in book two and I wish there would be a little more complexity to Tau! I thought it was headed in that direction when he allied with Kellan but.... seems HIGHLY unlikely now.
Also the dragons play little to no role on the actual page so don't read it just for dragons!
