I don't understand the negative reviews I've seen here for this book. It is wonderful, great storytelling that includes adventure, romance, war, and wonderful descriptions of India and it's people who the author clearly loves. I listened to this on audible and it's probably one of the top 5 best audiobooks I've ever listened too - wonderfully done! If you like to read and love well fleshed out characters and good storytelling, this book is for you!!!
