It’s been a few years since I last read Sworn Soldier Easton’s last adventure, and it took a minute to get back into the action. That said, it was another brooding Gothic story (that didn’t really come together, for me, until the very end). It ended well, though, and I can forgive a meandering plot if things are tied up nicely and satisfying callbacks made. Bohrs was a gem, as was Angus and Ms Potter, and Easton was… khanself.
Graphic: Animal death, Death
Moderate: Sexism, Violence
Minor: Panic attacks/disorders, Sexual assault, Murder
