Pollyanna by Eleanor H. Porter

5.0

It is a story about a little girl who after losing her parents comes to live with her aunt. She has an extraordinary ability to find something to be happy about in every situation.

I believe the author is trying to say that little children are like that, having very positive outlook about everything. And imo I think that as we grow up we start getting attached to things or people which is the root of our miseries but if we see little children they aren't much attached to anything. One moment they'd be crying about something and start playing the next moment.
