Does it read like the other Hunger Games books? Yes. Will I keep reading them as long as she keeps writing them? You betcha.
You know where it’s gonna end up, since we’ve met Haymitch in the “present”, but it’s still a rough ride. Oof.
My only complaint, really, was the inclusion of the entirety of a Poe poem near the end, which felt like a weird and unnecessary choice.
