How to Be Ace: A Memoir of Growing Up Asexual by Rebecca Burgess

5.0

A graphic novel about asexuality, the experiences an asexual person goes through growing up and going from high school to college, explores ace person's world view, worries they go through and how in the end they come to terms with being who they truly are in a family-oriented and sex obsessed society.

Also it touches on ocd, anxiety, panic attacks, asexual relationships, moving from home and life after college.

I really liked that it did not put asexuality in one way, but explained that there are multiple ways you can be asexual and that everyone's way of asexuality and experience is valid.

And the cute illustrations was like a cherry on top!

Highly recommend to people who are asexual or are questioning and just people who want to know what it's like to be asexual and learn more about it.
