This novel from the 1990s lends itself so well to the graphic novel format. This was a painful story to read. To see the accompanying images was brutal. It is so important for us to normalize speaking up when you have been wronged, whether it be sexual assault or any other type of abuse. A moving and heartbreaking story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
