I got this book a few years ago for Christmas and just barely got around to reading it. This book was more targeted to the younger audience and felt like it was trying to introduce them to the fantasy genre. The author didn't really put any emotion into the character and the plot was lacking. It got boring toward the end and made it difficult to finish. This is not a book I would read again.
