In Defence of Witches: Why Women Are Still on Trial by Mona Chollet

3.0

Probably a 3.5. I think I wanted to like this much more than I did because I thought the premise was super interesting, but I found some of the topics discussed a little dull and some topics I loved, but they were very much skimmed across. It was an interesting read and I definitely enjoyed it, I’d just say it was a little bit of a mixed bag in liking and disliking certain bits of it. V big fan of any feminist lit though and I love a juicy critical analysis that is still presented in an engaging and easy to consume way.
