This book was short and sweet, to the point, well written, and had a good plot and great characters. I know a lot of people felt like David is difficult, and while he can be sometimes, I see a lot of him in myself honestly. As someone who is Autistic/neurodivergent, a lot of his mannerisms, the way he views things, interprets social interactions etc, is very similar to me and a lot of people who are either autistic or neurodivergent, so even though I may be projecting onto this character that’s how I saw things in my opinion.

Im excited to see where this series goes and how Jake and David’s relationship develops even more. I absolutely loved their interactions and love their chemistry. Even though some things felt like it was happening very quickly in terms of their relationship developing I still felt like it worked well.
