Trigger warning: ANIMAL ABUSE

If I knew about that, I wouldn't have decided to pick up this book. So much trauma dumping in this book. I dont feel the chemistry between the main characters. I'm disappointed in this book. I didn't care for the love story.  I think it was a cute idea, but I dont think it was the story for me.
