Adam Only by Roe Horvat
4.0
I am typically not a fan of novellas or erotica because neither of them has enough story or character development for my liking but Roe Horvat again has surprised me with how much of both he can pack into an erotic novella. The writing is very good just as it has been in the other books I’ve read by him.
This is Adam and Christoffer’s origin story and can be read as a standalone. Both men have vulnerabilities and insecurities not shown in book one. The time they spend together is quite magical and I loved seeing the development of their relationship. While their relationship does progress quickly it does so organically and is believable. I was surprised by the complexity of each character and how they worked together. I re-read their scenes form book one…if you haven’t read book one yet, it actually happens after this book chronologically so that works in your favor.
This is an absolute thumbs up from me and I’m looking forward to reading much more from this author.
