I wasn’t sure about hearing his voice narrate, but it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. The man clearly loves to hear himself talk—but mixed in with all that were some surprisingly good life lessons.
While I was thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, the book actually fit right in with the positive vibes—reminders to stay present, embrace the weird, and look for those “greenlights” along the way. It matched the mindset I was carrying with every step.
