listen, i really, really wanted to like this book but we have what we have. and there’s why i found this book is not for me
world building
honestly I find it a little bit confusing. i felt like a ton of information was being dumped on me without really explaining what was going on. otherwise, the whole idea of the knights of the round table and the legend of Arthur I really liked.

characters
i can’t say anything about the characters just because they was bland. i didn’t feel the connection between me and them which i do not like. most of the time i just didn’t care about them at all

in my opinion the worst part because of the love triangle and a little bit of instalove. i do not like any of these tropes so for me it was a miss. maybe without love triangle this book would be so much better

the ending
about one-quarter of the way through the book, i made an assumption about bree and i was right, so the ending wasn’t a big shock for me. still u didn’t like it. at all

anyway, i think it’s a great series, it’s just not for me
