So I enjoyed this way more than I expected to! It’s also the first book I’ve been able to finish in over a month and a half lol
The characters were flawed and unlikable at times, but they were realistic and relatable.
I loved all the relationships between the characters. Both the platonic and romantic relationships had a growth and development.
My one criticism is that I wish there was more development in Penny’s relationship with her mom. I thought that got resolved very quickly when it seemed like a major part of Penny’s character.
This wasn’t a groundbreaking contemporary but it was an enjoyable read and exactly what I needed in the moment.
