Kathleen Glasgow was an author I felt iffy about because after reading “Girl in Pieces” I was left feeling disappointed. I’ve been eyeing “you’d be home now” because I enjoy an emotional hopeful book and I’m glad I picked it up. Respectfully I thought “Girl in pieces” was a whole lot of nothing. “You’d be home now” was the opposite. It made me want to keep reading. Wondering what’s next? Made me grip my blankets, anticipating the next move. I enjoyed it.
