This book ripped my heart out and stomped on it and then stuffed it back into my chest like nothing happened.
The amount of emotional damage this book has caused me will keep my therapist busy.
The kindle cover was misleading, I thought I was going to read a smutty romance with some “suspense” thrown in. There’s no smut. Don’t be deceived by the tattooed muscular man on the cover.
With all that said, 5 FREAKING STARS!
If an author can pull my emotions to the point I’m sobbing for a solid 5 minutes like a lost my childhood best friend, then they get all the stars.
So many trigger warns though, look them up
