Completely predictable from beginning to end. The story is multi-faceted, being about a father's finding his way through a storm to help his son, the father's coming to terms with the earlier loss of his other son, the father as husband trying to hold on to his marriage, and the father finding hope for the future. It all sounds good in concept, but I didn't connect with either son's struggles, and I didn't get a sense of the wife at all. As for the father, he was so conflicted and unclear about his goals. Overall, not a waste of time, but a wasted opportunity to make a story with greater substance.
