Definitely a very different read, but I'm grateful that I read Book I for one of the classes that I was a part of!
This high adventure epic poem follows the journey of Redcrosse knight and the lady Una. They are on a quest to stop a dragon, and the whole story ties into religious undertones that makes the poem very enjoyable to read!
I'll be honest, this book was hard to get through because of the language. However with that said, it was still an enjoyable read and I liked the story. It was definitely interesting to catch all the symbolism and stories woven throughout!
