This is a great book to gain some insight into all the enneagram types, and I love the perspective of how each type can lean into spiritual transformation. I would say its most helpful if you do have a bit of knowledge of your type, although you could also go into it completely blind and there is some guidance towards figuring out your type in the book - but it will be most useful if you know your type beforehand so you can really absorb the content for yourself. I really loved Cron’s voice throughout the book, it was funny and also deeply insightful!
