A Heaven to Reach For
by R. Cooper
emotional
lighthearted
medium-paced
This could've used another line-edit; there are several missing word or doubled word typos that happen during editing. But you know what? I don't care. I was immersed in a rich world with a good but self-deprecating main character who is attracted to a mage he's sure will never see him the same, and you know he learns otherwise, but the way it's done is rich and lovely and funny and sweet. I'm so glad I bought this.
