Years later, during a press conference for his little sister and band mate to announce their engagement, they are reunited. Max can't believe someone would have the gall to call him out on his commitment to friends and family, but when the reporter is revealed to be none other than the one woman he had real feelings for, he isn't about to make the mistake of letting her get away again. Will he be able to make her see that he's in it for the long haul, not just a notch on his bedpost?
This was a great addition to the Full Moon series. The chemistry is very intense. I loved the banter and how Valerie doesn't just let Max back into her life, she makes him earn it. The storyline is well written and worth the read. 4.5 stars
