Common Grounds by Allie Samberts
4.0
This book is a light and cozy romance, and I absolutely love a he falls first moment. It’s refreshing to read a book where the main characters are in their late 30’s and early 40’s.
From a one night stand to a beautiful relationship… Trevor is the true definition of a golden retriever character, he liked Emery from the very first moment he met her, he was always so positive which I really loved. On the other hand, Emery is also the true definition of a black cat character, her past trauma make it hard for her to give her trust. She did annoy me in some parts because she was acting in a childish way but I truly appreciated her character’s development.
The side characters in this book were so fun and I would love to read about them too!
Thank you Allie Samberts for a digital ARC copy.
