Tesla: Inventor of the Electrical Age by W. Bernard Carlson

4.0

This is the second biography of Tesla that I have read. While a bit dry at times, I felt this was a very thorough biography and probably one of the more honest that I have read. There is much to be gleaned from "The Wizard's" life both for his successes and his failures. As a software developer and someone who can tend to be a divergent thinker and dreamer, I appreciate the insight of the author and the advised caution.

I did feel that the reading did drag on at times as evidenced by the fact that it took me a good month to get through a book it would normally take me a week to read. However, it is a good read and I would recommend it to anyone who works as a creative or with creatives.
