I was so very happy with this story and the journey of self love, discovery, and that you can choose yourself to be happy.
Their friendship reminded me more of a family with the fighting, loving, helping, and respect they had for each other if not for their chooses.
I really enjoyed that this was female friendship centered and how they navigate being friends for 20+ years, knowing their history, why they do or don’t do something, and still choosing to stand by their side.
I would have loved to read more and see more of how they continued to be vampires. I loved how everyone was flawed and the way that Rachel wrote the story.
