This was a really sweet romance but it felt more like an epilogue than a full story in its own right.
As is often the case in second-chance romances with a past and present timeline, I found that the romance in the present timeline moved so quickly and felt underdeveloped. There also wasn’t enough plot to make up for it
That said, I still have a real soft spot for this series overall and I did love Dusty and Cam’s dynamic.
