Someone in Time: Tales of Time-Crossed Romance
by Jonathan Strahan
This book was quite the mixed bag, but in an unexpected way. I picked it up because some of the featured authors are favourites, funnily enough they were (for the most part) not the stories I liked.
My favourite story was Theodora Goss's “A Letter to Merlin”, followed closely by Ellen Klages's “Time Gypsy", both authors I haven't read before. And I finally found a Valente story I enjoyed (although in a very confused way).
This is the third anthology edited by Strahan that I didn't enjoy as much as expected. I guess I'm going to give up on him.
