Wonderful memoir by Sotomayor describing her journey from the Bronx to the Supreme Court. I wish I could get all my students to read this, and they could learn from her story the values of hard work, determination and independent thinking. The audio narration by Rita Moreno is wonderful. I felt like I was sitting in a coffee shop with a good friend as she retold her life story.
