I was made to believe that this was the 4th volume of the story but after reading 100 pages I realized it's literally just a bunch of drawn out , unnecessary extras.

Nothing really happens and there is a bunch of questionable, problematic content that you are better off not reading. 

In sum: the story officially ended with the vol. 3 and I cannot in good faith recommend this "sequel" to anyone.
