The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare

3.0

In my opinion, Shakespeare did a better job of this basic plot/premise than Plautus.

I laughed a lot more reading this, but still can't get over the frustration of the premise of a man intentionally searching for a TWIN brother somehow not immediately catching on that the people seeming to recognize him that he's never met are recognizing his twin. Shakespeare did a slightly better job writing through this problem by using the twin servants, but this isn't a comedy that could ever get five stars from me regardless.
