Very slow read, I listened to this as an audiobook, as Meryl Streep reads it. I think if I had read this book I would have got bored, but it felt like Donna of Donna and the Dynamos telling her kids a tale, with the classic giggles from Meryl Streep throughout and it. truly made for such a wonderful experience. This story has a little mystery to it as well, you’re kept hanging by these little comments that keep you wanting more.
