Had fun reading this short prequel to the Sons of Malice!

Let me preface this by saying that step brothers and dubcon are not typically my things. That being said, I loved the way both situations were handled in this - that left me feeling more at ease than most books that feature either trope.

Twins? Yes please. Age gap? Tell me more. Haunted past that ends up being connected to the guy who just bought your virginity? Sign me up.

Gianna is both painfully aware of her physical innocence, and also unaware of the effect she has on the men in this book in particular, which is an interesting juxtaposition. Meanwhile, our lead males are all deliciously different and are well developed in the short time we get to see them.

Enjoyed reading this and so thankful Delaney shared it with me!
