What happens when you combine Suicide Squad with Monster Squad?

Breakneck pacing, but not in a bad way.
Entertaining action sequences stitched together so tightly that there is barely room for more than a little token romance.
An allegory about various mental health conditions, though some get better representation than overs.
A solid Book One that has encouraged me to read Book Two, if and when it releases.
A bit of cringey irreverence, but I think that’s just Abercrombie being Abercrombie, so no hate.
