A Trick of Light: Stan Lee's Alliances by Kat Rosenfield, Stan Lee

3.0

Very excited about this book as I love all things Stan Lee, but the story was just alright. I enjoyed the aspect of how interconnected/interdependent we are on electronics and all things smart; however the book read slowly to me and didn’t keep me wanting to turn the page. I struggled to finish the book, but glad I did. Fairly predictable story arc with both main characters and would have actually enjoyed more back story with the old man/father and the alien war that was waged prior to Earth. Overall, worth the read but doesn’t do anything to extend the genre.
