"It's happening again, I can't tell them... I can't..."

Woah, what a read this was!

The main character, Arabella can speak to the dead. She's a psychic medium. At one of her shows, a 'friend' presents himself and things begin to unfold. Arabella is wrapped up into an investigation for which she had no part in. Now she must use her ability to prove she's innocent...

Arabella is such an interesting character and I was keen to learn more about her abilities. What impacts do the 'friends' have on her life? Can they hurt her?
Arabella is described as being a calm and collected person who quite likes to be in her own company, although she's never truly alone. When the 'friend' appears at her show, her attitude changes and she has her walls up higher than before.
Her ability was the most interesting to learn of. I was really gripped onto the stories her 'friends' told her and how they clicked together.

Familiar is an eerie yet enjoyable read. A book I would highly recommend. TJ's way of writing is simple and builds up the suspense for the readers.
If this book sounds like a book you'd read, then don't hesitate! You won't regret it!!

**TRIGGER WARNING**
This book contains details of violence, d3ath, possession, etc. It also gives off a slight theme of r*pe. If a sensitive reader, this book isn't for you.
