Smoke and Mirrors: Short Fictions and Illusions
by Neil Gaiman
I adored this. Some stories were certainly better than others, but the best ones were so incredible that they made the entire collection well worth my time. I've always been awed by Neil's creativity and his ability to turn any familiar story/plot/trope/style on it's head, but the varied stories in this collection proved that to me over and over again. I particularly loved 'The Price', 'Troll Bridge', 'Only the End of the World Again', and 'Murder Mysteries'.
