I have no doubt I missed a LOT of information within this book, but there was so much to take in! It is obviously pro Plant-based eating. However, I didn't find it to be written with scare tactics. Instead, it was full of evidence, support and reasoning... Then, we are left to make our own decision. I may dabble occasionally with meat and dairy, but this book still gave me a feeling of peace. Peace knowing that the choices I have been making recently are so beneficial to my body. I am hoping to keep it around and healthy for as long as possible!!
